The IBX Approval App allows Approvers of Purchase Orders to retrieve approval requests from the IBX Business Network and process them in both online and offline mode. Once the device is online, approvals will be synchronized between your mobile device and the underlying eProcurement system hosted by the IBX Business Network. This version of the App supports approval requests for Purchase Orders (PO) , Change Orders (CO) and Shopping Carts (SC).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please consult your internal IT Administrator before installing this App on your device. The IBX Approval App will only be usable if your organization has access to the cloud based eProcurement solution of the IBX Business Network.
